I am still in self-containment.

I am quarantining because of coronavirus.

I hope that you are, too.

I hope that you're healthyand getting some distance from people.

And I hope that yourfriends and family are taking this seriously.

I am doing fine.

I have my friend Nick here.

You guys saw that, you knew that.

If you are anything likeme stuck inside for the quarantine you might begoing a little bonkers, because usually youare able to like go out and lift weights and run andwork out and feel active.

So to be cooped up inside iskind of like driving me insane.

For me, the biggest waythat I take care of myself, mentally, physically is going to the gym.

And so this has been reallychallenging, and if you are the same you know we aredefinitely not allowed to be going to the gym right now.

Too many people, too manygerms, too much spreadin' of coronavirus.

So I am super pumped totell you that I have been working on something for a few months now.

Way before the quarantinestarted and I am finally able to share it with you guys.

I am starting a new workoutseries exclusively on IGTV, on Instagram, Instagram.

I feel like the number onequestion I get from you guys, anytime I do like a Q andA, or anything, everyone's like “What is your workout routine?” “What is your fitness routine?” Because you guys have seenover the past few years I've really gotten to the gym.

I've gotten into a rhythmof like lifting and feeling confident at the gym.

So all of that is coveredin the videos in the series.

I personally have found kindof a passion in staying active and lifting and workingout and finding what's best for my body.

And so I figured why not bringyou guys along for the ride.

Hopefully teach you a few things.

Maybe inspire you to bea little bit more active if you're able.

It is gonna be a bunch of episodes.

New episodes every weekon my Instagram, on IGTV.

Every single episode is gonnashow you different workouts that you can do from thecomfort of your home, at your own pace.

You can adjust it so that itlike is at the difficulty level that you can do personally.

Every episode of the series is for anyone.

So even if you've never setfoot in a gym but you wanna like dabble, this is the perfect time.

And honestly, while we'reall cooped up at home why not learn a few things, so thatwhen we finally can go out in the world and maybe evengo back to the gym, you all can walk into that placelike, girl, you know exactly what you're up to.

You know exactly what you want to do.

You can feel fit, feel fresh, ready to go.

So basically each episodefocuses on a different part of the body.

So if you want to maybe workout your back, or your arms, or your legs, these arethings you can do to make sure that you're stayin' active.

Think of this as me and you, going to the gym, girls trip, lifting some weights, meshowing you some moves.

Plus, because I am no realpersonal trainer, I did bring along my good friend Jared, who you might remember from our little yoga video.

So he was there givingtips, showing you exact form that you're supposed to be doing with me.

He's a professional trainer, pushing me to the limits.

And, plus, he's really cute.
